Chief Operating Officer | Gold Coast QLD | $200,000 – $300,000 + Super

This is a rare executive appointment. The business operates at the premium end of the market, strong brand presence, sophisticated client experience, and significant growth ambitions across the Gold Coast and broader luxury property landscape. The Chief Operating Officer will be the person who turns that ambition into disciplined, scalable execution.

Reporting directly to the Office of the CEO, this role is about more than overseeing operations. It is about driving enterprise-wide performance, strengthening leadership accountability, building scalable systems, and ensuring the business continues to operate at the level expected of a market-leading prestige property brand.

The salary package of $200,000 – $300,000 + super reflects the expectation. If you are a commercially sharp, operationally disciplined executive who has led growth, transformation, and performance at a senior level, this is the role you have been building towards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead enterprise-wide operational strategy and execution across all business units

• Drive commercial performance, growth, and new market development, including new office rollouts

• Build scalable systems, structures, and processes that support sustainable, premium-quality growth

• Partner with the CFO and leadership team on budgets, forecasts, profitability, and investment planning

• Lead technology, AI, and systems transformation to improve performance, efficiency, and scale

• Develop high-performing leaders, strengthen accountability frameworks, and uplift organisational capability

• Oversee continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment across the business

• Champion both client and team experience in line with the firm’s premium brand positioning

ABOUT YOU

• Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Property, or a related discipline

• MBA or executive leadership qualification highly regarded

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a high-performance, service-driven environment

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving profitability and operational outcomes

• Experience leading growth, scale, or significant organisational transformation

• Exceptional leadership presence, communication skills, and executive stakeholder management

• Highly strategic, analytical, and operationally disciplined, you lead from the front and deliver

• Real estate industry experience and Agentbox platform exposure highly regarded
